Power BI Analyst / Developer
We need someone who builds decision-support analytics for live operations—not dashboards that look good in demos. You'll create visibility layers that help executives understand what's actually happening during implementations, go-lives, and recovery situations.
- Build Power BI reports and dashboards for WMS/TMS implementations and operational transitions
- Design data models that integrate operational, system, and performance data
- Create executive-level reporting for go-live readiness, risk visibility, and post-launch performance
- Develop KPI frameworks tied to execution outcomes (not vanity metrics)
- Work directly with client operations teams to understand data reality vs. assumptions
- Build analytics that inform real-time decision-making during high-stakes cutovers
- 3+ years building Power BI solutions for operational or supply chain environments
- Deep expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Experience integrating data from WMS, TMS, ERP, or logistics systems
- You've built analytics for operations where accuracy and timeliness mattered
- You can translate messy operational data into clear executive insights
- You understand supply chain operations—not just BI tools
- Bonus: SQL, Python, or experience with Azure data services
- You've only built marketing or finance dashboards
- You need heavy direction or hand-holding
- You're learning Power BI on the job
- You prefer working in a large team environment with structured processes
Implementation Consultant
We're looking for someone who's led or deeply supported supply chain implementations where execution accountability mattered. You've been on-site during go-lives, managed issue resolution in real-time, and stayed accountable through stabilization.
- Lead or support WMS/TMS implementations from planning through Day-90+ stabilization
- Conduct pre-go-live readiness assessments and risk validation
- Manage cutover execution, issue resolution, and hypercare periods
- Provide governance and oversight for 3PL transitions or network changes
- Support M&A integration engagements (operational diligence, Day-1 readiness, post-close integration)
- Lead recovery engagements when implementations have stalled or performance has degraded
- Work directly with client operations, IT, and executive teams
- 5+ years in supply chain operations, implementation, or execution roles
- You've been on-site during go-lives (WMS, TMS, ERP, or network transitions)
- You've managed or supported post-go-live stabilization and hypercare
- You understand warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations deeply
- You can assess risk, validate assumptions, and identify what will break before it does
- You're comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- You can communicate complex operational issues to executive audiences
- Bonus: Experience with M&A integrations, PE-backed operations, or 3PL environments
- You've only done strategy or advisory work without execution accountability
- You prefer office-based work with minimal travel
- You need structured career paths and predictable promotion timelines
- You're early-career or transitioning from another field
